Contact & Quote
Send us your vehicle make, model, year, and the service you need. We respond with a fixed quote — no on-site surprises. WhatsApp is our preferred channel for speed.
Confirm & Schedule
Once you're happy with the quote, we agree a time and location. For Berkshire jobs this is usually same-day. Extended coverage areas may require scheduling for the following day.
ID Verification
We require proof of vehicle ownership (V5C or insurance document) and photo ID on arrival. This is non-negotiable — it protects both of us and is standard practice for any legitimate locksmith.
Job Carried Out
We connect to your vehicle, carry out the agreed procedure, and confirm the result with you before leaving. You test the key — if it doesn't work, we don't go.
