Mobile
We believe in clear communication from the start. We provide a fixed quote for all standard labour upfront, so you know exactly what the service costs. If our diagnostics reveal hidden issues, like a faulty module or corrupted data, we'll pause, explain the situation, and give you a revised quote before any extra work begins. No surprises, just honest solutions.
Contact & Quote
Send us your vehicle make, model, year, and the service you need. We respond with a transparent quote for the requested work — upfront and honest. WhatsApp is our preferred channel for speed.
Confirm & Schedule
Once you're happy with the quote, we agree on a time and location. For Berkshire jobs this is usually same-day. Extended coverage areas may require scheduling for the following day.
ID Verification
We require proof of vehicle ownership (V5C or insurance document) and photo ID on arrival. This is non-negotiable — it protects both of us and is standard practice for any legitimate locksmith.
Job Carried Out
We connect to your vehicle, carry out the agreed procedure, and test the result with you before leaving.
