All Keys Lost (AKL)
When every key to a vehicle is lost, stolen, or damaged, a full immobiliser reset is required to supply new keys. We handle this across all three specialist platforms — without needing to visit a dealer.
- BMW CAS3, CAS4+, FEM, BDC — pin extracted from module, new keys programmed from scratch
- Jaguar Land Rover — Pivi Pro, TOPIx-compatible AKL for Discovery, Defender, Range Rover, F-Pace
- VW Group MQB — IMMO IV and V, pin read from ECU data, keys supplied and programmed
- Vehicle does not need to start — we work with a fully flat or immobilised vehicle
Additional Key Programming
Supplying and programming an additional key alongside an existing working key. Faster and less involved than AKL — but requires OEM-level equipment for modern proximity and smart keys.
- Proximity / smart keys — remote programming via OBD and on-board security gateway
- BMW EWS, CAS, FEM, BDC — key supply with blade cut and full transponder programming
- JLR PATS programming — Jaguar and Land Rover key fob and blade
- VW Group — blade cut, transponder and remote coding, security gateway authorisation where required
IMMO Override & Pin Extraction
Reading security pin codes from the vehicle's ECU, TCU, or CAS module — required for all-keys-lost procedures and certain immobiliser faults. Non-invasive where possible; carried out by direct module read otherwise.
- BMW — ISN / DME pin read via bench or OBD, dependent on generation
- VW Group — EEPROM or flash read from ECU; covers Golf, Passat, Tiguan, Audi A3/A4/Q5, Skoda, SEAT

Vehicle Lockout
Non-destructive access to any locked vehicle. We carry specialised entry tools and use no force on the door, glass, or lock barrel. Covers all car types including keyless entry vehicles with a flat battery.

Transponder Cloning
Chip-level duplication of an existing transponder key — creating a working spare without initiating a full immobiliser reset. Faster and more cost-effective than a full AKL when you still have one working key.

Key Cutting
Precision key cutting from code, by eye from original, or from impression. Covers standard, laser-cut (high security), and internal-cut (tibbe) profiles.
- Standard and laser-cut blades — including BMW HU92, HU100, JLR HUFEW, VW HU66/HU162
- Cut-only service available (no programming) for vehicles where only the blade is required
